Your impact in the role: Supporting the Neighbourhood Housing Lead and Area Housing Manager, ensuring the delivery of reliable, repeatable, and consistent services for residents. Supporting robust performance against all KPIs and targets. This is a wide and varied role, working as part of a team, providing strong administrative support. Responding to enquiries from residents and other internal and external stakeholders as first point of contact and deal with a variety of tenancy and estate management issues. Providing cover for Neighbourhood Leads to ensure consistency of service and to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction. What you'll bring: Good at building relationships with people and be able to communicate well with colleagues and residents. Able to problem solve and will pride yourself on your grit and determination. You'll have a can-do attitude and be motivated by keeping promises to residents. Excellent time management skills along with the ability to manage different priorities whilst adhering to important deadlines. Committed to the provision of excellent customer service and be able to show initiative in a busy office environment while working as part of a team.
