Your role: We are looking for an experienced Training Officer to be responsible for key areas such as the overall management of the new starter induction programme, to review all new and existing training packages and to work closely with the Training Assistant to support Customer Services Management with learning interventions, upskilling new starters to a required standard and introducing new processes, and systems to the existing Customer Services team. You’ll work co-operatively with the Customer Services Management Team to deliver effective performance and learning development through training and coaching. Focusing on improving the customer journey for all customers. What you will need: An ability to demonstrate a proven experience working in a training environment or a portfolio of examples of training & coaching delivery, supported by knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools. Experience of working in a customer-focussed environment is essential. We are looking for a self-motivated and adaptable candidate to join our team with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a keen eye for details. A commitment to your own development and to supporting training and development initiatives together with a positive approach to change is also required for this exciting role.
