Job Description:
Support Worker
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to provide person-centred support within a supported living environment in the Redruth area. This role involves working directly in the client’s home, supporting daily living, independence, and wellbeing.
What We Offer:
1. Weekly pay every Friday
2. Pay rate of £12.21 per hour + holiday pay
3. Varied shift patterns with different shift times across the week, including some night shifts
Requirements:
4. Relevant support work certificates - Safeguarding, Manual Handling, Medication, First Aid, Epilepsy, Managing Challenging Behavior, Basic life Support
5. Enhanced Adult DBS (current or willing to obtain)
