About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Speke. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils at the start of their learning journey, delivering engaging lessons and fostering a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
* Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development through differentiated learning strategies.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure every child thrives.
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding and pupil well-being.
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching KS1.
* Strong understanding of phonics and early literacy development.
* Ability to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
