Full Time | 37 hours per week
Your Drive. Our Direction. Success that moves people home.
At Curo, we believe in making the homebuying journey as smooth and rewarding as possible. As a Sales Progressor, you’ll play a key role in turning property reservations into completed sales — supporting our customers and colleagues every step of the way.
What you'll be doing
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Curo, external partners, and customers to ensure all property sales are efficiently progressed from offer through to completion. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will:
* Oversee and support the team throughout the entire conveyancing process, from instruction to completion.
* Liaise with mortgage advisors, solicitors, lenders and other stakeholders to ensure each sale progresses within the required timeframes.
* Work alongside Sales Advisors to help the team achieve individual and collective performance targets.
* Keep customers updated at every stage, managing expectations and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
* Facilitate completion of legal documentation, instructing professional advisors where necessary.
* Prepare and process signing and sealing documents within agreed timescales.
* Obtain internal and external legal, regulatory, and funder consents as required.
* Ensure compliance with conveyancing law, Curo procedures, and industry codes of conduct — always delivering a professional, cost-effective service.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records across CRM and housing management systems.
* Support applications for shared ownership, staircasing, resales, Right to Buy, and Right to Acquire.
* Visit sites occasionally to gain first-hand understanding of developments and enhance collaboration with Sales Advisors.
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, enhance the customer journey, and increase team efficiency.
What you’ll bring
You’re organised, proactive, and great with people — someone who thrives on keeping things moving and getting results. You’ll also have:
* Estate Agency or Sales Progression experience (essential).
* A solid understanding of the end-to-end property sales and conveyancing process.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills — you’ll be confident dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when preparing or reviewing legal documents.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* An understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly around shared ownership and governance.
* A collaborative, team-focused mindset and a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.
* A current driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits.
* A relevant qualification (e.g. HNC or equivalent in housing or sales) would be an advantage.
How you will evidence your success
* You’ll meet and exceed agreed KPIs and objectives.
* Customers, colleagues, and partners will value your communication and professionalism.
* All transactions will be compliant, accurate, and delivered within timescales.
* You’ll actively contribute to continuous improvement within the Sales team and across Curo.
What you'll get in return
Beyond a salary of £35,500 - £37,275 and the chance to make a difference every day, you'll get:
* 26 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays), increasing to 29 days
* Your birthday off as an extra holiday
* Up to 10% matched pension contribution
* Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
