I am recruiting on behalf of my long-standing client for a Planning Administrator who thrives in a fast paced environment, has an eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless operations workflow.
You will be joining a great business that has been serving the local area for over ten years, that really go the extra mile for their employees and customers, you will be based in a vibrant, modern office which really has a ‘family feel’ added touch.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate installations and provide updates to the end user
2. Provide installation staff with all relevant information and stock is readily available for the project
3. Liaise with customers after the project has been completed to ensure a 5 star service has been received
4. Discover methods to enhance the quality of customer service during the investigation and resolution of complaints
5. Update the system accordingly
6. Liaise with the warehouse team in case of any discrepancies
Requirements:
7. Proven work experience in an installations/planning/scheduling role is highly advantageous
8. Previous experience in the Building or Trade industry is beneficial
9. Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
10. A team player and be able to help out in different areas when necessary or during busy times
11. Excellent customer service skills
