Delta Personnel is recruiting a Project Manager to oversee M&E projects within the water sector. This is a hybrid role, combining home working with site and office visits across Portsmouth. You’ll manage projects from tender through to completion, covering cost control, scheduling, procurement, resourcing, and compliance.
Key Details
* Deliver multiple M&E projects within framework agreements
* Manage subcontractors, resourcing, and site performance
* Ensure compliance with CDM and Health & Safety
* Oversee budgets, forecasts, and monthly programme updates
* Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers
Requirements
* Proven M&E project management experience, ideally within water or utilities
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts and CDM Regulations
* Good commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Confident using MS Project and MS Office
* Full UK driving licence
