Job Title: Collections Supervisor Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum Location: Crewe (Office-Based) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Are you an experienced collections professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a Collections Supervisor to join a dynamic and growing business that supports customers with innovative, sustainable mobility and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of collections agents handling both inbound and outbound activity. Monitor and coach team members to meet collection targets while maintaining excellent customer service. Act as the first point of escalation for complex or sensitive cases. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and automation opportunities. Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Identify training needs and contribute to staff development plans. Create a positive and accountable team environment. About You: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a collections setting. Strong knowledge of collections strategies and regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills. Proven track record in hitting KPIs and managing performance in a fast-moving environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
