Responsibilities
* To assist the Security Manager in all operational aspects of the security service. This may include report writing, admin tasks related to the delivery of Conflict Resolution Training, rostering, amending Healthroster duties and any other administration duties.
* To manage the ID badge production process, assist with CCTV reviews and evidence disclosure.
* To co-ordinate and manage all aspects of ID and Access Control Administration as appropriate, and to assist with stock control and maintaining appropriate stock levels for all consumables, raising orders and carry out any other administration duties under the direction of the line manager or Head of Security.
* Assisting in the management of rosters and shift cover.
* Utilising Health Roster to monitor, amend and finalise shifts.
* Supervising and maintenance of the security equipment - monitoring for any defects and escalating to line manager.
* Shape continuous improvement of services in terms of performance and staff and visitors' satisfaction reports.
