Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Marketing Consultant to join the London team. The role involves supporting leasing and customer experience across London and German portfolios. The main responsibilities include overseeing property initiatives that promote leasing of vacant units, engaging existing customers, branding, creating marketing collateral, managing customer service and tenant engagement programs, and handling advertising and PR campaigns. Travel to Europe may be required approximately quarterly.
Responsibilities:
The Asset Marketing Consultant will work with the Director of Asset Marketing and European teams, focusing on four key areas:
1. Asset Leasing & Marketing: Implement strategic marketing and leasing plans, support leasing efforts, manage PR, advertising, and events, collaborate on digital initiatives, develop budgets, and ensure brand ambassador roles for brokers and property teams.
2. Customer Service & Asset Experience: Enhance tenant relations and asset experience through customer service solutions, portals, events, and addressing tenant needs.
3. Consultant & Stakeholder Management: Manage projects and relationships with consultants, maintain communication channels among all parties, and recommend marketing consultants as needed.
4. Corporate Communications: Support PR activities, handle press inquiries, and manage project tasks like invoice processing.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, hospitality, or related fields.
* German language skills are highly desirable.
* Proven project management and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong teamwork and results-oriented approach.
* Ability to handle complex tasks and shifting priorities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
