OverviewWe are seeking a senior Engineering Lead / Technical Delivery Lead to drive delivery across a strategic portfolio of enterprise risk andpliance platforms. The role spans a mature RegTech (Obligation to Control) implementation entering build, alongside an earlier‑stage Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiative focused on prototyping and roadmap definition.This role requires strong delivery discipline and the ability to translateplex regulatory and business requirements into executable scope, and confidence operating as the primary UK‑based engineering contact in a regulated, enterprise environment.

Rate - up to £750/day Inside IR35 via Umbrella
Hybrid – 3 days / week
Duration – Initially until year-end (multi-year project)
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the single engineering lead across risk andpliance delivery initiatives
2. Translate high‑level regulatory and business requirements into clear technical scope and delivery plans
3. Lead end‑to‑end deliveryernance covering design, build, implementation, and readiness
4. Define feasibility, scope boundaries, and delivery approach for TPRM prototype / POC
5. Orchestrate architects, BAs, engineers, risk,pliance, and vendor teams
6. Engage senior UK‑based stakeholders and drive progress with minimal direction
Key Skills & ExperienceEssential
7. Experience as an Engineering Lead, Technical Delivery Lead, or Senior Technical Project Manager
8. Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle
9. Proven ability to assess feasibility, scope, and delivery approach
10. Experience delivering workflow, case management, or integration‑led solutions
11. Strong stakeholder management inplex, regulated environments
12. Experience in risk,pliance, controls, or RegTech programmes
13. Strong Financial Services Experience
Desirable
14. Exposure to Oracle (ERP / PaaS) and/or Microsoft Power Platform
15. Familiarity with SaaS platforms and enterprise architecture
