We are now looking for a Senior Care Assistant to lead one of our residential units.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role who is ready to take the next step in their care career and play a pivotal part in shaping outstanding care delivery.
You will be supported with outstanding ongoing training along with leadership development.

What We Offer: £13.00 per hour, 24, 36 and 48 hour contracts available Paid breaks, pension, onsite parking, uniform and DBS provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) As Senior Care Assistant, you will lead the team within a designated residential unit, providing hands-on care while overseeing daily routines, supporting less experienced colleagues, and ensuring that every resident receives high quality, person-centred care.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for writing, reviewing, and maintaining personalised care plans tailored to the individual needs of each resident, ensuring a person-centred approach to care.
You will lead handovers to ensure consistent, high-quality communication across the team, monitor residents wellbeing, and manage medication safely and accurately in accordance with best practice and regulatory standards.
As a Senior Care Assistant you will coordinate and conduct regular GP reviews, working closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure continuity of care and holistic support.
As the first point of contact for your team, you will provide daily mentoring and support, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.
You will be committed to promoting independence, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care, ensuring that each individual is treated with compassion and understanding.
You will also maintain thorough and accurate records to meet compliance standards and ensure the highest level of care delivery.
