Behaviour Support Mentor Location: Chester le Street Working hours: 8:30am – 4pm (Monday to Friday) Temporary, long-term contract Behaviour Support Mentor – Make a Real Impact Leader Education are seeking a committed and motivated Behaviour Support Mentor to support Key Stage 3 and 4 students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs within a specialist PRU setting. This provision supports young people at risk of, or excluded from, mainstream education, using a structured and therapeutic approach to re-engage learners. Working as part of a supportive, student-focused team, you will help create a safe and nurturing environment where pupils can rebuild confidence, develop emotional resilience, and achieve meaningful progress.
