Position: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Hotel du Vin
Pay/Hours: OTE Up to £13.50 per Hour (Including TRONC), 40 Hours per Week

Ideally, you will have experience working in a busy restaurant or bar and be seeking the next step in your career. You will be the face of our restaurant and bar, managing flow and communication with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service.
We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility for various shifts and days. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns are flexible and can be discussed during interview.
