As the School Receptionist and Registrar's Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, you will manage and oversee the pupil registration and admissions process, maintaining accurate records. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and families and will contribute to the smooth running of the school's administrative operations.
As the School Receptionist and Registrar's Assistant, experience of working within a similar school role would be advantageous.
This is a varied, permanent role, working on a part time, term time basis (38 weeks per annum). The working week will comprise of a full day on Monday (7.30am - 4.00pm) and 3-4 half days during the week.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
