Job Responsibilities
* Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club as required.
* Be a competent key holder, covering shifts as needed.
* Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
* Stay up-to-date with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus, and participate in these activities.
* Assist the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor duties.
* Experience the products and services offered by the club.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the facilities, actively participating in the upkeep of the club with support from the team.
* Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
* Handle member complaints competently and inform the relevant manager.
Qualifications
* Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
* Competent in all administrative duties.
* Driven and ambitious with a desire to learn and develop specific to the role.
* Willing to participate in learning and development opportunities.
* Able to perform operational key holder duties as required.
* Passionate about fitness, administration, and customer service.
* Flexible to work shifts and support the team with additional duties.
* Target-focused, supporting sales and retention goals.
