Job Responsibilities

* Skilled in direct care, including:
o Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
o Mobility assistance and medication reminders
o Meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping
o Transportation (as requested/approved)

* Promotes client quality of life through Safety, hygiene, healthy living, social connection and mental well-being
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
* Proactively identifies and escalates unsafe or emergency situations
* Adapts to diverse client personalities and home environments
