Due to the pick up that is being experienced by our client in the house building sector an additional Internal Sales Manager is being sought to join their team.
You will be given some existing accounts to further develop and also have the opportunity to get new accounts on board for your business.
Your new employer is very well established and backed financially by a larger group which insures stability.
Your role will entail very regular communication with buyers and Quantity Surveyors who work for the larger regional house builders as well as the national house builders. You will assist them with take offs and call offs for house building sites that range from 50 to 500 houses across multiple sites across the Eastern side of England. Products will include 1st and 2nd Fix Timber, Bricks, Blocks and Lintels

A basic salary negotiable to £45,000 (depending on experience)
A bonus scheme that can add between £1,000 and £4,000 dependent on performance
A five-day week (no weekends) based on an 8am to 5pm working day.
