Location: Newark
Distribution Centre
Permanent, Full Time, Grade 1
Salary: £24,511.50
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours/week, 4on 4off (A2 Shift)

As a Product Support Operative at our Customer Repair Centre in Newark, you’ll screen and grade TVs & Monitors returned from customers to be sold on.
You’ll conduct in-depth testing of products to assess their quality, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the core of our business.
Responsibilities include:
* Grading and screening TVs and Monitors from various manufacturers
* Factory resetting products as needed
* Moving heavy units and pallets safely, complying with health & safety procedures
* Meeting productivity and quality targets within deadlines
Requirements:
* Basic proficiency with desktops and Microsoft Excel
* Ability to use internal systems such as Myriad, Pie, etc.
* Good communication skills for liaising with different departments
* Awareness of health & safety and electrical safety protocols
