Reporting into the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy - balancing strategic insight with hands-on delivery. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who brings creativity, agility and a growth mindset to everything they do.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and succession planning.
• Coaching managers to elevate leadership capability.
• Supporting change initiatives and embedding a culture of ownership and performance.
• Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and wellbeing.
• Enhancing HR systems, policies, and payroll processes.
• Leading initiatives across learning, development, and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have/be:
• Proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coaching and leadership development skills.
• Strategic mindset whilst delivering operational excellence.
• Experience in talent planning, recruitment and performance enablement.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or working toward it (desirable).
• Adaptable, proactive and collaborative approach.
• Data-oriented and passionate about learning.
