Training Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and well-organized training administrator to join the team in Inverness on a flexible part time basis to support the day-to-day operations of a busy Training business.
This is a part time permanent role, working approx. 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays per annual.
Job details (Jobs may vary) -
* Perform all general administrative tasks, including managing emails and telephone calls .
* Organising training calendar & client bookings.
* Process online bookings.
* Liaise and co-ordinate date and courses with training instructors.
* Organising course materials in advance.
* Inputting of course data for certificate generation.
* Liaise with SQA, DVSA and other accredited bodies.
* Debt management & Invoicing.
Role Requirements:-
* Attention to detail is essential.
* IT skills including Microsoft Office and web-based programs.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, be enterprising and manage time efficiently.
* Problem solving skills and exercise initiative in decision-making.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Administration experience.
