CDM / Fire Risk AssessorLocation : London (hybrid working)Salary : Competitive dependent on experienceSector : Construction & Built Environment ConsultancyA leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a CDM / Fire Risk Assessor to join its expanding London team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a health and safety professional with experience across CDM 2015 and fire risk assessment, working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the built environment.The RoleYou will support clients, designers and contractors by providing CDM advisory services and undertaking non - intrusive fire risk assessments, contributing to safe, compliant project delivery from pre - construction through to completion and occupation.The role combines office, site and client - facing work, with support from a wider national Health & Safety and CDM team.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver CDM advisory services in line with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015Support or act as CDM Principal Designer, depending on experiencePrepare, review and manage Pre - Construction Information, risk registers and Health & Safety FilesReview Construction Phase Plans and designers risk informationSubmit and manage F10 notifications where requiredUndertake non - intrusive fire risk assessments (Type 1 & Type 3) in accordance with current guidanceProduce clear, proportionate reports and action plansLiaise directly with clients, duty holders and project stakeholdersAttend project and design team meetings as requiredAbout YouExperience working in a CDM, health & safety or fire safety consultancy environmentPractical knowledge of CDM 2015 and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005Experience carrying out fire risk assessments in occupied buildingsConfident communicator, able to engage with clients and project teamsWell organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyQualificationsNEBOSH General Certificate / NEBOSH Construction (essential)NEBOSH Construction Fire Certificate (essential)Minimum level 3 qualification in fire risk assessment (desirable)IOSH or other relevant professional membership (desirable)Whats on OfferLondon - based role with hybrid workingExposure to a wide range of projects across commercial, residential and mixed - use sectorsClear progression opportunities within a growing London teamSupportive consultancy environment with strong technical backingTPBN1_UKTJ
