Empty Homes Officer
Salary: £27,133.79 per annum. Hours: 30 hours per week. 12-month maternity cover.
Job Role
We're looking for an organised and customer‑focused Empty Homes Officer to help bring our empty properties back into use quickly and to a high standard.
You’ll manage empty homes from tenancy end through to re‑let, working closely with internal teams and contractors to reduce turnaround times and void loss. The role includes monitoring progress, attending weekly void meetings, coordinating utilities, supporting decants, and ensuring homes meet our Home Standard.
Essential skills and experience:
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Experience delivering a customer‑focused service.
* Ability to manage competing priorities.
* Confident IT skills.
* Full driving licence with access to a car.
