Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development, youll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting the delivery of localised business plans through strategic, people-centred L&D initiatives. Youll play a key role in driving capability, embedding learning frameworks, and supporting high-quality programme delivery across Group functions and key operational sites.
