First Line Support Engineer - Duties
Provide first-line technical support to customers, sales, and configuration teams
Handle product and application queries both pre- and post-sale
Log, track, and resolve technical issues, escalating where necessary
Manage product returns and repairs in line with ISO procedures
Assist with product testing, compliance checks, and technical documentation
Support internal training and knowledge sharing
Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives First Line Support Engineer - Skills & Experience
Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in electronics, IT, or computer-based systems
Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing support
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Clear, confident, and professional communication
Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment First Line Support Engineer - What's on Offer
