You will regularly act as Duty Manager, and alongside your team, ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to, maximising member experience.

About you :
As Operations Manager we are looking for someone who: Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility)."
Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
Experience of financial planning and management."
