We are seeking a skilled Forensic / Claims Planner with expertise in civil engineering projects to support the preparation, development, and management of project claims and forensic planning activities. The role involves analysing project schedules, identifying delays, and producing cause-and-effect programmes to support claims and dispute resolution. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to develop compliant contractual programmes, assess extensions of time, and provide expert advice on claims under NEC and other contract forms. This position requires a strong understanding of construction sequencing, contract management, and the ability to produce detailed, robust programmes from first principles. The role demands excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and support the resolution of complex project issues.
