We have teamed up with a cloud-focused technology consultancy who are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join their managed services team, providing 2nd line support for production Microsoft Azure–hosted solutions.
The role focuses on maintaining the stability, security, and performance of live cloud platforms, supporting production Azure platforms once they are live, and contributing to continuous improvement through automation and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line support for Azure-based infrastructure and platforms
* Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within agreed SLAs
* Maintain and improve IaC templates and deployment pipelines
* Proactively identify performance, security, and cost optimisation opportunities
* Assist with CI/CD pipelines and operational automation - DevOps focused environment
* Support change and release activities, including testing and validation
