About the Role You'll be supporting three women in their 20s-30s to continue living independently in their shared home, helping them build confidence, develop life skills, and enjoy the everyday things that matter most to them. This is a role where relationships, consistency and encouragement make a real difference. No two days are the same — and that's what makes it so rewarding. What You'll Be Doing You'll support them to live life their way, including: - Building and developing independent living skills - Supporting with finances and budgeting - Helping with cooking, cleaning and laundry - Supporting them to prepare for and attend their part-time jobs, including timekeeping and routines - Providing personal care, where required - Encouraging involvement in activities, hobbies and interests they enjoy Shift Patterns, we are looking for people who can be flexible to work weekdays and weekends.
