Role: Reception Manager, Malmaison.

Responsibilities
* You are the first and last person guests see; you set the tone for the visit, ensuring all guests leave above and beyond.
* You manage a small team within the property and assume Duty Manager responsibilities throughout the week.
* You deliver celebrity service, creating memories guests will never forget.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a hotel reception.
* Familiarity with the reservations system Opera.
* Team management experience.
