Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons
* Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to support all pupils
* Monitor, assess and report on student progress
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, support staff and school leadership
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies
* Communicate with parents and carers to support student learning and well-being
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
* Previous experience teaching in Primary Education
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A child-centred approach and passion for education
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or a willingness to obtain one)
