Residential Conveyancer/Property Lawyer

Duties:
* Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
* Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents
* Handle the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Work collaboratively within the property team and contribute to department success
* Stay up-to-date with property law and conveyancing procedures
Experience:
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate)
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing transactions
* Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client care skills
* Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and prioritise tasks
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Commercial approach with a desire to develop client relationships
