Global Payroll Manager (Total Reward included)

Overview:
A prominent organization in the sporting industry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll and Total Reward Manager to oversee all aspects of local and international payroll management processing.
This pivotal role requires ensuring compliance with all employer payroll obligations, managing relationships with global payroll providers, global mobility and relocation partners, and global benefits providers.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing and implementing new global payroll solutions to achieve continuous improvement and efficiencies, while staying abreast of payroll and tax compliance changes and trends.
The role:
International Payroll Management:
You will:
* the design and implementation of new global payroll solutions.
* payroll processing partnerships to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.
* payroll setup for new company entities and support expansion into new countries.
* compliance with employment, tax, and social security laws across all employee locations.
* mandatory legislation reporting and filing requirements.
* annual financial audits and tax-related activities.
* current on payroll and tax compliance changes and trends.
Total Reward Management:
You will:
* in ongoing review of compensation practices, policies, and processes.
* with Talent Acquisition on competitive compensation offers.
* compensation market survey processes.
* jobs and practices to external market surveys.
* with annual total reward planning, including employee bonus and pay reward management.
* job descriptions and level appropriate grade in the job hierarchy.
* or participate in compensation-related projects.
Experience:
You will ideally have:
* 7+ years of UK/Ireland payroll experience.
* Experience with international payroll.
* Administering remuneration, benefits, and recognition programs.
* Understanding of employment tax, social security, and immigration frameworks in the context of global mobility.
* Korn Ferry job sizing methodology accredited.
