The Role:
1. Work as a Secondary Teaching Assistant within a lively classroom setting.
2. Long-term & short-term roles available - between 1-5 days a week.
3. Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
4. Help students reach their full potential through encouragement and guidance.
5. Bring passion, flexibility, and enthusiasm to the role.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience working with secondary-aged students (essential).
2. A Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
3. Someone who can adapt, take initiative, and positively influence students.
4. A team player who is committed to creating a supportive learning environment.
Local knowledge of Scarborough and ability to travel to different schools in the area.
