Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Researcher who can lead end-to-end research initiatives to uncover deep customer insights and improve digital experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in eCommerce research, combining qualitative and quantitative approaches to drive data-backed design decisions.
Responsibilities
* Research Planning & Execution
o Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and tree testing
o Validate information architecture and end-to-end user journeys
o Design research methodologies aligned with business goals
* Insights Generation & Analysis
o Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user behaviors
o Analyze findings to uncover pain points and opportunities
o Translate research outputs into actionable insights
* Analytics & Experience Measurement
o Leverage tools like Contentsquare, Userlytics, and Google Analytics
o Measure user experience performance and behavioral patterns
o Identify drop-offs and optimization opportunities
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
o Work closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Business teams
o Translate insights into clear design recommendations
o Present research findings to stakeholders effectively
* Research Frameworks & Documentation
o Build scalable research frameworks and best practices
o Maintain research repositories for knowledge sharingEnsure consistency in research processes across teams
Eligibility Requirements
* Must-Have:
o 8+ years of UX Research experience (preferably in eCommerce)
o Strong expertise in usability testing, interviews, and IA validation
o Hands‑on experience with analytics and research tools
o Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills
* Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience in customer journey optimization for eCommerce platforms
o Exposure to omnichannel retail experiences
o Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing
