Role
Location – Remote
Contract – 3 months
Shifts - Working on a shift rotation between 8am-11pm with a 1 in 3 weekend shift.
Start Date - Monday 10th November
Responsibilities
* As a customer service advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with a wide range of inquiries – from product advice to resolving order issues.
* Engage with customers across channels including live chat, phone, email and social media, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
* Work with ongoing training to deepen product knowledge and deliver top-notch service.
* Collaborate with team members and different departments to enhance overall customer service.
Role Requirements
* Fluent in both Italian and English, written and verbal.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* A professional, friendly and hard-working individual.
