The EPR Training Lead will be responsible for delivering training workstreams and playing a key role in implementing the new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system, NerveCentre, across United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
The role involves designing, planning, managing, and facilitating high-quality digital training to enable effective implementation within the Programme Delivery Plan timescales.
The EPR Training Lead will lead the Training Delivery Group, recruit, and manage a team of trainers who will deliver classroom-based, face-to-face, and eLearning packages.
Main duties of the job
The role is vital for the EPR implementation, requiring review of current strategies and development of flexible training plans in collaboration with the preferred supplier. The candidate will develop a team capable of delivering various training methods to all staff efficiently.
The role also involves utilizing the Learning Management System and other software, including articulate, to enhance training delivery.
