Genuine earning potential with on-target earnings (OTE) of £40,000

Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with optional overtimeDuties of the Vehicle Technician:
Diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles efficiently and accurately
Conducting vehicle inspections in accordance with manufacturer standards
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and quality work
Keeping detailed records of work performed and parts used
Supporting team members to deliver excellent customer service
Assisting in training and mentoring junior staff when requiredRequirements:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar automotive environment
Suitable for experienced technicians or those specialising in LCV and electric vehicle (EV) servicing
Full UK driving licence is essential
Strong diagnostic skills and a solid understanding of modern vehicle systems
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
