Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:
1. Ensure financial targets are achieved by protecting and developing Key Accounts
2. Take commercial responsibility and establish optimal cost models to maximise Key Account revenue and profitability
3. Attend client meetings including regular structured formal reviews; minuting and sharing information with colleagues in the Sales team
