A respected and inclusive secondary school in Cheltenham is seeking an experienced and compassionate SENCO to join its leadership team from September 2025. This full-time position is suited to a committed SENCO who believes passionately in inclusive education and who wants to make a real difference in the lives of students with additional needs. This SENCO role comes with leadership responsibility and strategic influence across the school. The successful candidate will oversee SEND provision, lead a team of TAs, and work closely with staff, families, and external professionals to support student success.
