As a Property Manager, you will be instrumental in providing a first-class service in managing our property portfolios. Your responsibilities will include approving invoices, liaising with external consultants, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and legal requirements. Additionally, you will provide efficient and friendly property advice to internal departments, contributing to the targets and measurements within our Society's Steering Wheel.
Actively manage the Society's trading and non-trading property portfolios to maximise income and minimise costs
Provide efficient and friendly property advice to internal departments
Ensure compliance with health and safety and legal requirements
Commercial Property background and a member of the RICS (preferred)
Solid knowledge of the commercial legal framework to ensure compliance with all health and safety & legal requirements.
Strong knowledge of property law
Ability to travel
