As our Finance Systems Accountant/Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, managing systems that drive insightful reporting and strategic analysis. Your Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Own Financial Reporting Systems: Take charge of our financial reporting systems and related reports.
* Collaborate with FP&A: Work closely with the FP&A function to design and implement insightful reporting that evolves with business needs.
* Enhance Data Needs: Design and implement new data requirements within our Financial Reporting ecosystem.
* Identify Improvements: Review existing data and systems to pinpoint areas for automation and efficiency.
* Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, reliable, and secure data at all times.
* Troubleshoot Issues: Resolve any challenges within the Finance team.
* Support System Upgrades: Collaborate with IT on financial systems upgrades, testing, and implementation.
Requirements and Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Strong SQL Server Skills
* Power BI Experience
* A solid understanding of financial systems and reporting structures
* Experience supporting finance teams
* Comfort with improving legacy systems (some Access reports still in use)
* Preferably qualified or qualified-by-experience (CIMA, ACCA, etc.)
