We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Housing & Nuplace team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across Housing Services, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams, co-ordinating information and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include managing databases, processing invoices, producing documentation, and updating websites and social media to promote our services. You will act as a first point of contact for enquiries, delivering excellent customer service and signposting clients to relevant support. This role also involves engaging with tenants and home owners, promoting housing services, and contributing to the development of initiatives that address local housing needs.
