Overview
Contract Manager based in Grays, Essex. The role focuses on managing technical accounts, leading engineering teams, and ensuring compliant service delivery on a large site.
Responsibilities
* Directly manage a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and performance.
* Manage all technical issues.
* Manage P&L and budgets.
* Manage agreed KPI and SLA-s.
* Responsible for managing the company\'s H&S and environmental performance on site.
* Plan and implement building project works.
* Responsible for managing the company\'s quality procedures on site.
* Management of client relationships on a daily basis.
* Management of all reports.
* Responsible for the permit system.
* Oversee technical contracts, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
* Monitor and report on contract performance, financials, and operational delivery.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Previous experience managing technical contracts in a facilities or engineering environment.
* Experience of service delivery in high profile offices.
* Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.
* Proven experience in managing engineers directly, including performance management and team leadership.
* Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and budget management experience.
* Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH or NEBOSH qualification desirable).
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
