About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Redditch. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with health and safety standards, and leading a team to deliver excellent service levels.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met.
* Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
* Plan and allocate daily workloads, monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise.
* Carry out stock control and inventory checks, ensuring accuracy and availability.
* Support training and development of team members, promoting a positive working environment.
* Liaise with other departments, drivers, and managers to ensure efficient operations.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency within the warehouse.
