The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role, using excellent project management skills to achieve great results with clients. As the title suggests our focus is on building deep and long-lasting relationships with our clients. This role is perfect for someone who loves the challenge of making the complex world of digital more human.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates that have experience in either the legal industry or with e-commerce businesses.

We are looking to add experienced team members to our growing team, join us on the journey to achieve our mission of going beyond expectations. Having an understanding of the legal industry or in an e-commerce business would be preferable to support our growing pool of clients in that sector.
Relationships are at the core of everything we do at Footprint Digital. We work hard to build exceptional relationships with our clients. As a Relationship Manager, you can expect to work on a profile of clients alongside our team of SEO, PPC and content experts to advise, support and facilitate the client in their journey with Footprint Digital. You will make sure our clients' businesses thrive, giving them confidence in our solutions-based approach.

Essential skills:
* Experience in account and project management, confident in taking initiative and being the lead when handling marketing strategies (in-house or agency)
* Understanding of digital marketing strategies, particularly paid and organic search strategies
* Proactive, and happy to try new things
* Keep up to date with the latest industry trends
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to educate others
* Desire to exceed expectations and help clients go beyond their goals

Desired experience:
* Previous experience in the legal industry or e-commerce sector (in-house or agency)
What your day might look like
* Collaborating with our delivery team, you will create data driven strategies that give our clients confidence in our solutions based approach
* Project managing and strategically advising a multitude of client accounts, providing monthly reports for each client that gives an up to date snapshot of how their account is performing, driving the success of ongoing strategies
* Attend both internal and external meetings to ensure all of our team are supported and provide the technical expertise that our clients love
* Continue your own professional development, learning from our in house team of technical experts and regular company wide training sessions to inspire you to do the best work of your career
