We are seeking an ambitious Partner to join their expanding Private Client practice. Based in Leeds, this role offers flexible hybrid working, alongside a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
The opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to play a pivotal role in supporting owner-managed businesses, corporations, charities, and high-net-worth individuals. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and nurturing existing client relationships, including high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families
* Driving new business development and growth for the Private Client team
* Providing expert advice across a broad spectrum of private wealth matters
* Mentoring and developing team members to enhance both client and people engagement
* Delivering innovative, tailored solutions to meet client needs
* Delegating effectively to optimise profitability and performance
* Supporting division heads or sector leads to deliver client objectives
* Achieving financial targets and KPIs
About you
We are looking for a Partner or Legal Director who is:
* STEP-qualified with strong expertise in all aspects of private client law
* Experienced in leading client relationships with a significant following
* Confident in business development and driving growth within the team
* Passionate about mentoring and developing colleagues
* Motivated to contribute to a firm with real ambition, locally and internationally
