What You'll Do
* Master complex diaries, inboxes, travel + meeting coordination
* Prepare, amend & format legal docs and bundles to an exceptional standard
* Act as the first point of contact for clients - professional, confident, reliable
* Manage billing, time recording, expenses & matter admin
* Keep Partners two steps ahead by spotting needs before they arise
* Work closely with internal teams to keep everything running seamlessly
What You'll Bring
* Providing high?level PA support to Partners and senior lawyers, ensuring smooth daily operations
* Managing complex diaries, inboxes, travel, and meeting schedules
* Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents, bundles, and correspondence
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients, delivering polished and professional communication
* Organising case files, maintaining document management systems, and supporting matter administration
* Proactively anticipating the needs of busy fee earners and keeping workflows on track
