You’ll act as the connection between our customers and our workshop team—helping people feel informed, valued and confident throughout their visit. What you’ll do Support customers throughout their vehicle service or repair journey Set expectations clearly and keep customers updated Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that may benefit the customer Follow up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction Contribute to a positive, inclusive and collaborative team environment What we’re looking for Experience as a Service Advisor isn’t essential — if you’re eager to learn, we’ll help you develop the skills you need. However, you will need: At least 12 months of experience in a customer service role Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic) Confidence communicating with a wide range of people in a supportive, respectful manner.
