ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a driven and analytical Finance Graduate to join our dynamic Accounts Department. You will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the accounting function. This includes; purchase ledges, sales ledges, project and credit control, and banking.
The role and responsibilities include:
* Raising and issuing sales invoices and credit notes.
* Working closely with our sales team to ensure prompt invoicing.
* Resolving customer account inquires in a timely and professional manner.
* Payment allocation and credit control.
* Monitoring existing jobs to ensure prompt invoicing.
* Posting bank payments and receipts.
* Checking purchase ledger statements on Business Central.
* Inputting of purchase invoices.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:
* A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Strong in numerical and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
* Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.
* A confident communicator with superb telephone etiquette.
* Computer literate with strong MS Office skills especially with excel.
* A collaborative problem-solver who builds trust-based relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience with accounting software systems.
